A Letter from Leang Chung
This letter is for anyone who is thinking about joining the Solopreneur Accelerator Program™. This program is designed to help solopreneurs gain clarity on the life they envision for themselves, increase their confidence as a business owner, and empower them with resources to launch their business.
When I became a solopreneur, I thought it would be an easy transition from working at a company because I saw a lot of the core entrepreneurial skills within myself.
It turns out that I was only scratching the surface. I discovered that life as a solopreneur comes with its own unique set of challenges that I was not prepared for. I was trying to keep up with an endless to-do list that kept growing no matter how many items I was checked off. There were moments when, despite of how much time and effort I put towards my business, I didn’t feel like I made much progress.
Sometimes, I let failure and setbacks consume me. Other times, I was unable to recognize opportunities when they presented themselves. Constantly being reminded of how much is left for me to learn. Not knowing what to prioritize. Not having a community to turn to for support and guidance. It was frustrating.
Eventually, I learned to define what success means to me. I learned to set goals and milestones that aligned with my vision of success. I connected with like-minded people, other solopreneurs, and successful entrepreneurs who started out as solopreneurs. I connected with my voice and personal brand. I became confident. Most importantly, I learned that I am the creator of my success.

Session 1 –
Your Business
Define the current state of your business. Communicate what you’re selling and the problem you’re solving for your clients. Identify who your service or product is for and who it is not for.
Session 2 –
You & Your Business
Understanding your strengths is important to running a successful business. Having an awareness of your gaps is equally important. During this session, you will uncover your strengths and gaps, blockers that are getting in your way, and the impact they have on your business.
Session 3 –
Your Mission & Purpose
We all have gifts within us that make us unique. They’re also known as our superpower. They also inspire us to share it with others. Define your “why” and how to put your superpower to work.
Session 4 –
How You’re Going to Make Money
To achieve the lifestyle you wish to have or continue to maintain the lifestyle you currently have, your business needs to generate revenue. Define how you’re making money and explore untapped channels to reach your target clients.
Session 5 –
How You Define and Measure Your Success
You started this business for you. Therefore, only you can define what success looks like for yourself. In this session, we will unlock what success means to you and how to measure it.
Session 6 –
Your Personal Brand & Voice
Consistency in what and how you communicate your personal brand across different media channels will help you establish yourself as an expert and attract new clients. Learn what to focus on and ways for you to communicate your brand.
Session 7 –
Building the Community Around You
Differentiating who you go to for business advice and who to turn to for emotional support is key. You will learn about the five profiles every solopreneur should have access to, how to build your community, and how to amplify this community for your future success.
Session 8 –
Your Progress and Looking Ahead
During this closing session we will reflect back on your time in the program, knowledge you gained and progress you made. You will also begin creating your plan on how to continue applying this experience to your journey as a solopreneur and how to optimize your membership with TCBWomen™.
